The Beurer BM 64 is an excellent upper arm blood pressure monitor with smartphone connection from the German brand Beurer. With a triple measurement you get a more accurate picture of your actual blood pressure. The blood pressure monitor can also recognize atrial fibrillation (AFib). The blood pressure monitor is supplied with a universal flexible cuff with an upper arm circumference of 22 - 42 cm. The BM 64 uses Inflation Technology, which means that the blood pressure monitor starts measuring blood pressure while the cuff is inflated. This results in faster measurement times and more comfort during the measurement. Furthermore, the BM 64 has a clearly illuminated black XL screen, from which you can easily read the measured blood pressure values. The blood pressure monitor measures both blood pressure and heart rate and immediately checks whether an irregular heartbeat is present. If this is the case, this will be shown with a symbol on the screen. The WHO traffic light indicator on the right side of the screen allows you to see at a glance whether blood pressure is normal or elevated.

The Beurer BM 64 is suitable for 2 users, each with 120 memory locations. This way, 2 people can keep an eye on blood pressure. The memory function also allows the average of all measurements to be calculated and the weekly average of both the morning and evening to be calculated. In addition, the blood pressure monitor has a cuff control system, which indicates whether the cuff has been applied correctly. This will then be shown with a symbol on the screen.

This blood pressure monitor is equipped with the rest indicator patented by Beurer. It is very important to take sufficient rest before taking a blood pressure measurement in order to get the most accurate measurement possible. The blood pressure values ​​at rest are the "real" blood pressure values. For example, if you immediately measure your blood pressure after a walk, you will get wrong values ​​and a wrong diagnosis can be made. Beurer's resting indicator can determine whether blood pressure has been recorded at rest or not from blood circulation. This is then displayed on the screen by means of a symbol.

The Beurer BM 64 also has Bluetooth, which allows it to be connected to the Beurer HealthManager app on your smartphone.
