Warranty and complaints

Below you will find more information about our warranty scheme and complaints procedure. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Warranty

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in good condition. We will check it before a product is shipped. For example, blood pressure monitors are checked whether the values are reliable. This is done by means of a special calibration device.

It is annoying when a product does not function or does not function properly. Always follow the directions for use and also refer to the manual for any troubleshooting. If a product does not function properly immediately after receipt, you must inform us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered. Please contact our customer service for troubleshooting.

Please take into account the following warranty conditions:

  • Parts affected by normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
  • Damage due to incorrect or careless use is not covered.
  • You do not need to provide the original invoice. You must demonstrate that you have purchased the product from us. This can be done via a bank statement containing our details and the product or via a confirmation email of the order.

For all products, you are responsible for shipping to us or the manufacturer. This is called carry-in. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Legal guarantee

All products you buy from us come with a legal guarantee as standard. The legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. You are always entitled to this.

A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.

Factory warranty

The products we offer on our website are new, with the exception of articles where it is specifically indicated. We cannot guarantee that the manufacturer's warranty applies for second-hand products. This depends on the specific product, the manufacturer and the original purchase date.

The new products come with a warranty period. The warranty period concerns the manufacturer's warranty and is the warranty given by the manufacturer. The term indicates the period in which you can invoke the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty card states what exactly you are entitled to.

The manufacturer's warranty differs per brand.
3M Littmann - 5 year manufacturer's warranty (Earplugs and membranes 1 year manufacturer's warranty)
Beurer - 2 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 1 year manufacturer's warranty)
Braun - 2 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 1 year manufacturer's warranty)
Crielcare - 1 year manufacturer's warranty
Medisana - 2 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 1 year manufacturer's warranty)
Microlife - 3 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 2 year manufacturer's warranty)
Omron - 3 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 1 year manufacturer's warranty)
Qardio - 3 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 1 year manufacturer's warranty or 1.000 measurements (whichever comes first)
Veroval - 5 year manufacturer's warranty (cuff 1 year manufacturer's warranty)

A shorter warranty period is given on parts, such as the cuff. This is because these parts are subject to normal wear and tear.
