Omron M2+ upper arm blood pressure monitor (model 2024)

The Omron M2+ (model 2024) is the latest blood pressure monitor from Omron. The new M2+ is the successor to the popular M2 and is now equipped with a larger, flexible, universal cuff with an upper arm circumference of 22 – 42 cm as standard. In addition, the blood pressure monitor still has all the functions of the M2 on board, such as a cuff control system, motion detection and irregular heart rate detection.

The M2+ is a compact, fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor and is suitable for people who have to measure blood pressure irregularly and are looking for a simple, but reliable blood pressure monitor. The blood pressure monitor is easy to use thanks to the one-button operation. An accurate measurement is immediately started by pressing the large blue button. You can easily read the blood pressure values ​​and heart rate on the large LCD screen. If an irregular heartbeat is detected, a symbol will light up.

The blood pressure monitor has been clinically validated in accordance with the ESH2010 protocol. Because the Omron M2+ complies with this protocol, you can assume that the measurements are very accurate. The Heart Foundation recommends that you always measure with a clinically validated blood pressure monitor.

The Omron M2+ upper arm blood pressure monitor has 30 memory locations. This allows you to easily view the measured blood pressure values ​​again at a later time. This means you don't have to write them down.

Finally, on the blood pressure monitor you will find a motion sensor and a cuff control system. The cuff control system shows a symbol on the screen whether the cuff is connected correctly.

Omron flexible cuff
The blood pressure monitor is supplied with a flexible universal cuff in size medium/large. That is for upper arm circumferences of 22 to 42 centimeters. It is optionally possible to connect a (children's) cuff. This is for upper arm circumferences of 17 to 22 centimeters. Unfortunately, an extra large cuff is not possible at Omron.
