The Microlife NC150 BT forehead thermometer is a clinically validated clinical thermometer that uses infrared technology to measure body temperature very quickly and without contact on the forehead. The fever thermometer has a large and clearly readable display with backlight (easy for measuring in the dark) and is very easy to use. It is also very user-friendly thanks to the optical fever alarm, the possibility of silent measurement and the light and ergonomic design of the device. For example, when the baby is sleeping, a temperature measurement can be taken perfectly from a distance, without touching the skin and waking the baby up.
In addition to body temperature, this clinically approved non-contact thermometer also measures surface temperatures of, for example, a bottle of milk, a jar of food or the (bath) water and even the ambient temperature, such as the baby's bedroom.
The Microlife NC150 BT uses Silent Glow™ technology. When a temperature of 37,5 degrees or higher is detected, the backlight will illuminate red for 5 seconds. In addition, the forehead thermometer also has a fever alarm, which warns with 10 short beeps if a too high temperature has been detected. This fever alarm and other sounds can also be turned off using Sound Control. This makes a completely noiseless measurement possible.
The forehead thermometer has 30 memory locations for storing measurements, including the date and time. This allows you to easily review previous measurements and keep track of the progress of the disease. Because the NC150 BT also has Bluetooth, you can also track your measurements on your Smartphone in the “Microlife Connected Health+” app. This way you have all previously measured temperatures easily at hand in 1 overview.
