The iHealth Fit Smart body composition scale is a very extensive scale with bluetooth functionality. The scale is suitable for several people and therefore ideal for the whole family. The scale has a sleek and compact design and is easy to use.
The iHealth Fit Smart is a smart Bluetooth scale that not only measures your weight, but also calculates/estimates various body composition data such as BMI, body fat percentage, lean body mass, muscle mass, bone mass, body fluids and your visceral fat content. You can then view and analyze the results on your smartphone. Thanks to the Bluetooth functionality, the iHealth Fit Smart can be linked to the iHealth MyVitals app on your smartphone, where all data is collected and displayed. Here you can keep an eye on your weight and other data via clear graphs. If you would like to work on your general fitness, you can also set personal goals in the app as an incentive to achieve them.
The Fit Smart can keep track of 8 people. Each person has up to 500 memory locations available.
If you prefer a more simple scale, iHealth also has the iHealth Lina Smart personal scale. This scale measures weight and also displays BMI, but that's about it. However, the Lina Smart can also be connected via bluetooth with the iHealth MyVitals app on your smartphone.
