Not satisfied with your product? No problem! You may return or exchange the product for another product. Certain conditions do apply.
The following return conditions apply to return an order:
- After receiving your order, you have 30 calendar days to indicate that you want to return the product. If you have ordered several products at once, the reflection period starts as soon as you have received the last product.
- From the moment you indicate that you want to return a product, you must send the product to us within 14 calendar days. Preferably registered. Please note that we can only accept a product after we have received the product back.
- Please note that you return the product in - if reasonably possible - the original packaging. If you use the product or packaging more than is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product, we may charge you for any depreciation.
- You are only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the products, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- You are not obliged to indicate why you want to return the product, but of course we would like to hear it.
- We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
- If you have opted for extra service such as evening delivery or morning delivery, you will not receive these extra costs.
- The costs for the return shipment to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7,25 per package via PostNL. You can of course also choose a different shipping service.
- If you have ordered several products in a shipment and you want to return one or more products, the purchase amount will be recalculated. If the remaining purchase amount is below the limit for free shipping, the shipping costs will be charged for the remaining products. For example, you have bought 2 products for € 30,00 each. Your total purchase amount is € 60,00 and you have received free shipping for this. You want to return 1 of the 2 products for which you would like to receive a refund of € 30,00. Because the remaining purchase amount is below the limit of free shipping, we charge the shipping costs. You will receive € 30,00 - € 4,95 = € 25,05 return from us.
- We will refund the purchase amount in the same way as you paid. If you have paid with iDeal, we will refund you by bank transfer. If you have paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. It is not possible to have cashless money refunded.
- If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery, and the order is returned to us, you will owe shipping and handling charges. These costs amount to €14,95. This also applies if you do not pick up your package at a collection point. When refusing or not collecting an order, you should take into account a longer processing time for your return and refund.
It is not necessary to open the packaging to assess an order. You can evaluate a product as you would in a physical store. Breaking a seal, vacuum packaging or dust / light-tight packaging is not necessary to evaluate the product and results in a depreciation of up to 100%. The same applies when you connect a blood pressure monitor to mains power and / or batteries. If we find an item in a return shipment in this condition, a reduced fee will apply.

You can also choose to exchange a product instead of returning it. The following exchange conditions apply to return a product:
