The QardioCore is one of the first portable ECG monitors for the home. This ECG monitor from the American brand Qardio Inc. is designed to record continuous data about your heart health, while allowing you to go about your daily activities without hindrance. That's because of QardioCore's groundbreaking sensor technology. It provides clinically accurate heart monitoring anytime, anywhere. The QardioCore is also so comfortable that you can wear it all day without any problems, for example during sports, during work or during household chores.
The QardioCore is a single-channel monitor. That means that he studies your heart from one side. It records over 1 million data points per day, giving you a powerful way to track your heart health or improve your cardio training. This is more than enough for a home situation to get a good insight. During the recording of the heart film, the QardioCore also registers the heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature and respiratory rate.
Through the Bluetooth connection with the Qardio app on your smartphone, you can track your entire heart health. This gives you a deeper insight into your heart rhythm. You can download this app for free from the Apple store. The data is synchronized with your smartphone via a Bluetooth connection (4.0 required). The Qardio app is suitable for Apple iOS (10.0 and later) smartphones. In addition, it can also be connected to an Apple iPad, iPod or your Apple WatchOs (3.0 and later). The CardioCore only works with Apple devices!
In the Qardio app (available in Dutch), you have a comprehensive overview of your heart health. It shows clear and understandable graphs and tables. At a glance you can see how your heart health is doing. If desired, you can also share the data automatically with your doctor or general practitioner.
The ECG monitor is mainly suitable for people with an increased health risk. Especially if there is a family predisposition, a history of heart attacks or strokes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. With the QardioCore you can build a history of your heart health.
