The AliveCor Kardia Mobile 1L is a 1-channel ECG monitor. You can easily create a 30 second EKG heart film using your smartphone and the free Kardia app. The heart film is made by placing your fingers on the electrodes and holding the device near or against the smartphone. The device is very compact and weighs only 18 grams. After measuring, you will immediately see the result on your smartphone. If atrial fibrillation, bradycardia (low heart rate) or tachycardia (fast heart rate) is detected, it will be displayed in the Kardia app. You can easily download the results of the EKG measurement in the app as a PDF, for example to forward to your (general) doctor.
Due to the compact size of the Kardia Mobile (ECG) meter and the light weight, it is ideal to take with you. So you are always able to perform an EKG measurement, wherever you are. The ECG meter also has a guest mode, which makes it usable by different people. The measurements taken in guest mode are saved separately.
The Kardia Mobile should be used within 30 centimeters of your smartphone or tablet. Optionally, you can also attach the device to your smartphone with the supplied mounting plate.
