The Beurer BC 51 is an excellent fully automatic blood pressure monitor, which measures blood pressure and heart rate via the wrist. A cuff is attached to the wrist blood pressure monitor, which has a wrist circumference of 12,5 – 21 cm. The BC 51 has a remarkably large and clear screen, from which the measurements are very easy to read. The blood pressure monitor measures both blood pressure and heart rate and immediately checks whether there are any cardiac arrhythmias. If this is the case, this is indicated with a symbol on the screen. Through the WHO traffic light indicator on the left side of the screen, you can easily see if the blood pressure is normal or elevated.

The blood pressure monitor is suitable for 2 users with 120 memory locations each. The Beurer BC 51 can use this to calculate the average. It can calculate the average of all saved measurements, but it can also calculate the morning and evening average of the last 7 days. This gives you even more insight into your blood pressure and heart rate.

The Beurer BC 51 also has a positioning indicator, which indicates whether the wrist blood pressure monitor is correctly positioned. For a correct measurement, the wrist blood pressure monitor must be at the same height as the heart. The color of the start button (green or red) indicates whether the blood pressure monitor is in the correct position.
