The Rossmax universal adapter can be connected to your Rossmax upper arm blood pressure monitor or nebulizer. By using an adapter you do not need to use batteries if you want to take a blood pressure measurement. This saves batteries and thus the environment. The Rossmaxx adapter can be plugged into any 220 volt 550 mA European socket.
The Rossmax adapter is not suitable for charging batteries. The adapter cannot be used to charge, for example, wrist blood pressure monitors. These only work on separate batteries.
